All eligible strollers may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, the stroller must be in unused, unassembled condition, with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of use, damage, assembly, or missing components, as these items cannot be resold as new.
Custom or personalized strollers (including those with custom colors, engravings, or modifications) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or with manufacturing errors. This exclusion ensures we can maintain quality control for made-to-order items tailored to your specific requests.
For defective products or items received with errors (e.g., wrong model, missing parts, or manufacturing defects), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and any defects, along with your order details. We will inspect the information provided and offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for the defective item to be collected.
